Hey people, this is a casual post but please do read and think about it.

Ever wonder why we're always near to what we desire yet we couldn't get it?
the answer is rather clear cut. It's all about the attitude .
We are all happy that we've indeed improved and the
attitude we have reflects on our level of improvement.
The attitude of the band, the attitude of individuals.
We can't develop Good and Bad attitude at the same time, it's
just like, either you're an optimist or a pessimist, but definately
you can't be both.
Time passes very fast, the sec one times I had felt like yesterday,
and now I'm already a sec 3, going to leave the band next year, soon.
If 3 years can pass by so fast, what do you think about 1 year ?
Since we've entered into this band as one family,
Regardless of how many more years you have in the band,
make use of every single minute wisely.
Basically, band is a cca that requires passion and commitment.
Whether you love the band or not, it's rather easy to tell.
The attendance. Apart from those who had lessons going on,
the others who have been missing practices now and then,
ask yourself, " Why am I doing this? "
Is it because of some dissatisfaction and problems here and there?
If there is, talk it out, and not keeping yourself away,
because the one who lose out is you, not someone else.
Missing one practice means that you've already lose out alot.
And the next time you come back, you'll feel like a total stranger
from the piece and your morale will definately be pulled down.
Since we've taken our first step to success with mr sim, why not
we keep going on and never let ourselves fall back down again?
Our next major project will be our band concert.

Start now by attending practices regularly, put your heart into what you play,
always tell yourself not to give up and persevere on, pay attention during practices,
and most importantly, know what you want to achieve.
Never let laziness take control, for it is the main reason why
hard work doesn't pay.
We can do it KCB, just put our hearts into the attitude and attendance,
passion & commitment, and we can achieve what we've longed for.

Ask youself : Do I love the band? How much do I love this band.

Have fun this week ! (:

Hey people, I hope you've read through the details
for the WASBE Tokyo Kosei Workshop.
If not, please do visit Band Fusion and check it out.
If anyone interested please download a copy of application form
from the website itself.
We cannot pay under the school registration, therefore
it has to be paid individually.
Details are from here :
http://www.sgbandfusion.com/Downloads/tkwo_workshop_individual.pdf

The deadline for submission is on 20 August.
There are limited vacancies and the deadline might close before 20 August.
Please check the above link for more information.
It's during the september holidays, so if you have nothing on,
you might want to sign up for this course.
The SL course is more recommended, but if you wish to go for
your own instrument course, it's okay as well.
Grab your section mates along to this course !
